This study includes several parts. It first looks at Bill Clinton's approval ratings over the course of his presidency and at public perceptions of the success of the presidency. It then examines views about the man. The third section of this report is devoted to the public's verdict on the scandals surrounding Clinton. In the fourth section, we look at views about a third term for Presdient Clinton. The next section looks at public perceptions of how the country fared under Clinton. The sixth and seventh sections examine how views of the political parties and their ability to handle various issues changed during President Clinton's tenure in Washington.
