An attorney by training, Neena Shenai served as a senior adviser in the Bureau of Industry and Security at the U.S. Department of Commerce, where she worked on U.S. high-tech trade policy. At AEI, she studies and writes about U.S.-India relations, the intersection of U.S. international trade and national security policy, including export controls, and Asian trade and security policy.
