Resident Scholar Kenneth P. Green
Kenneth Green studies the public policy aspects of climate change, air pollution, energy and the environment; transportation and the environment; and environmental chemicals. He is the author of numerous policy studies; newspaper and magazine articles, as well as encylopedia and book chapters on environmental issues.  He is also the author of a textbook for middle-school students titled Global Warming: Understanding the Debate. Green has worked on both U.S. and Canadian environmental policy, first at California's Reason Foundation, then at Canada's Fraser Institute.
