Professor Schoenbrod teaches environmental law at New York Law School and has served as a senior staff attorney for the National Resources Defense Council. He studies all major environmental statutes, in particular the Clean Air and Clean Water Acts. At AEI, Professor Schoenbrod will research market-based approaches to pollution reduction.
