Can someone answer this question: Whom has Chuck Hagel not offended?

There’s the GOP… Let’s face it, no one likes an apostate.

There are the Jews and the pro-Israel community (which is made up of Jews, and yes, Christians).

There’s the LGBT community.

But wait, there are others: Pro-defense? Not Hagel.

Soldiers who believe in the wars you’ve fought? Not Hagel.

Pro-choice? Not Hagel. (A zero from NARAL Pro-choice America. Really Chuck? Really? Against servicewomen being allowed to pay for their own abortions?)

For gun control? Not Hagel. (An A from the NRA? Nice.)

But surely for an assault weapons ban? Nope.

Yes, all you cute types out there will rally for a gun lover at the Pentagon. And hell, I don’t care. But the president of the United States, the same Barack Obama about to embark on an anti-gun crusade… he doesn’t care? Same guy who luxuriated in three days on abortion at the Democratic National Convention last year? Seriously?

Exit question: What does the president like about Chuck Hagel?
